We
strive to offer our customers good products at the best possible prices.
Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the
product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the
specific product page.
All
returns must be approved by FDP SpyWatch/Family Defense Products, Inc. before
any product is returned. We have implemented this policy because a few
unscrupulous people have ordered these products for specific short term uses and
then tried to return the products. We test all of our products before

an order.
RETURN
POLICY: All of our security cameras and surveillance systems are special
ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due
to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products
damaged during shipment to the customer*.
All returns must be authorized by FDP SpyWatch/Family Defense Products, Inc.
before a product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the
original packaging. FDP SpyWatch/Family Defense Products, Inc. will
replace, exchange, or issue a refund*
at FDP SpyWatch/Family Defense Products' sole discretion.
*Special
exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by FDP SpyWatch/Family
Defense Products, Inc. In this event, returns are subject to deductions
for shipping costs AND a 25% restocking fee, and MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN A FIVE
(5) DAY PERIOD FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S). NO refund will
be given for products returned without explicit permission from FDP SpyWatch/Family
Defense Products, Inc.
All
returns must be authorized by a representative of FDP SpyWatch/Family Defense
Products, Inc. and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise.
Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from FDP SpyWatch/Family
Defense Products, Inc., and NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER FIVE (5)
BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S) BY THE CUSTOMER.
Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM FDP SpyWatch/Family Defense
Products, Inc. WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT(S).
WARRANTY: We guarantee the subject products to be free of defects in
workmanship and material for 30 days after sale to the customer. We will repair or replace the product(s) at
our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, abuse, or
alteration.
