This
complete closed circuit surveillance system
is a weather resistant wireless color video camera with built-in 2.4 GHz
transmitter and motion sensor, and attached dual floodlight casing. The
system also includes a
13 inch color Monitor/VCR
with FM radio
receiver,
RCA cable,
AC adapter, video receiver,
a
VCR Controller
and a
free new
VHS tape.
The camera is activated by the
integrated motion sensor so that when
someone approaches
your home, the floodlights
(bulbs not included) come on, turning night into day-- and the camera catches
the intruder on video. The camera
transmits
its picture via a built-in 2.4 GHz
transmitter to the included video
receiver
which you simply plug into the included
Monitor/VCR.
The camera sends the
wireless signals
even through walls, up to
100
feet,
so you can watch the transmission
live
and
record
to the built-in 4-head high performance VCR w/special
circuitry (with the Monitor
on
or off).
The wireless motion sensor
built into the floodlight unit turns the
camera
on
when motion is detected, and the floodlights always turn on when it is dark and
motion is detected.
Underneath the floodlight unit is a
hidden control panel
that allows you to
configure
all the settings. Set the CHANNEL to the same channel on your Video
Receiver. The FLOODLIGHT CONTROL function allows you to detect motion at
all times (set on LIGHT), or only when it gets dark (set on DARK). Using
the TIME DELAY dial, you can adjust how long the camera waits to turn off after
motion has stopped.
Also
included
with this system is the VCR Controller,
Item # VCR-C2. With this unit you
record only the action.
It connects to your VCR and when the motion sensor built into the floodlight
unit detects motion, the sensor
turns on the camera
and sends a signal
to your VCR
to start
recording.
When no motion is detected after five
minutes, the VCR will
stop recording.
The VCR Controller is a great tool to make sure your tape shows the action --
and reduces the amount of blank "no action" time.
